We asked our readers to choose their favorite “Bricks,” from “The Brick” to “The Mummy.”
This year, we asked you to choose from the three remaining nominees: “The Last of Us,” “Star Trek Beyond” and “The Martian.”
Our winners are below.
The Brick Awards 2016: The Mummy (2014) This award-winning horror film, based on a novel by J.K. Rowling, follows the story of a young girl named Molly who wakes up in a mysterious alien cemetery.
Her father, an eccentric alien hunter named John, has just discovered a mysterious new species of alien, a creature that looks and behaves like humans but can’t be classified as human.
Molly wakes up on a spaceship in space, and her new life is made even more strange when she meets a strange man who’s the son of an old alien hunter.
Molly and her father must learn to work together and learn to love one another in order to survive in this alien-infested world.
It was nominated for a total of 13 Best Picture and Best Director nominations, making it the most-nominated movie of the year.
The Mummies (2016) This is the fourth time that “The LEGO Movie” has won the Brick Awards.
In fact, the first was in 2013, when the film won Best Picture, Best Director and Best Score.
This time around, we’re excited to be honoring the film that won Best Original Screenplay.
“The Lego Movie” is a fun film, with a strong focus on the LEGO characters and their unique LEGO creations.
The film also stars Emma Stone, Will Arnett, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Pratt and Mark Ruffalo.
It’s a classic film, which has been praised for its quirky humor, strong performances and a great script.
