A new Lego factory in London could be one step closer to reality.
The Brick Factory Project is seeking a location that will allow it to create a 1,000-square-metre facility in the city, with plans to build a fully-fledged brick factory there.
The project is also looking for a “factory manager”, with a minimum wage of £200,000 per year.
It says that “all other roles would require at least a bachelor’s degree.”
The project says that it is looking to raise funds for its project, with one of its founders describing it as a “first-class operation.”
A new building would have a capacity for 1,500 employees, with the majority of them being temporary workers.
According to the project, the building would be designed to be a “brick and mortar” factory, with its first floor being “filled with the latest in brickmaking machinery.”
It also hopes to create “a brick factory in the heart of London,” which would allow for “a high-speed assembly line for all kinds of bricks.”
The site is currently being studied for a Lego Factory project.
